Welcome all new
members to WIMNN and determine what each member needs to support
their career goals. Make customer relations telephone calls.
Perform sales support processing. Maintain subscription
services. Make sure that members are aware of the services
available to them. Maintain member newsletter.
Respond to incoming telephone
calls, determine purpose of callers, and forward to appropriate
personnel or department. Answer questions about the
organization and provide callers with address, directions, and other
information.
Updates appointment calendars,
create memos, correspondence, reports and other documents when
necessary.
