What exactly is a Virtual job fair?

How does a Virtual Job fair work?

Each attendee to the virtual job fair must login by entering an alias. You can view company profiles, job descriptions and submit resumes. The job fair is open to women and men.

Do I need to have a resume?

Yes, if you have one. While certain entry level positions will only require that you fill out an online application, it is still advised that you have a current resume ready to upload to a potential employer.  A current resume will go a long way in showing employers that you are serious about obtaining a position in their company.
